2015 Annual Pajama Run
Coming to the Hash is hard work: get up, take off your nice comfy PJs, put on Hash Appropriate garb, brush your teeth and make it all the way to God Knows Where, Beijing. All before 2:30. ON A SUNDAY. Rough.
Fortunately, this Sunday there will be no dressing required! Wear WHATEVER* it is you slept it and hop in a cab.
This day is about you. And your comfort. Screw societal norms. Screw the false dichotomy between sleepwear and sportswear. Screw confining your super hero jammies to the privacy of your home. Come share your dreams, your nightmares, your drool stains. Come as you are. It’s time to celebrate sleep, dreams, and everything bedtime ;)
*Extra points for birthday suits.
P.S. According to Wikipedia, “pajamas are often worn with bare feet and sometimes without underwear.” Who are we to argue? Shame it’s not a Live Hash…
