Beijing’s Howling Run No. 5: The Nicholas Cage Theme!
Ahoy there, fellow runners and beer enthusiasts! Get ready to channel your inner Cage as we embark on a wild adventure through the streets, fueled by the spirit of Nicholas and good ol’ liquor. This ain’t your ordinary run—this is a journey into the Cage!
Picture this: it’s a balmy evening, and you find yourself at Paddy’s Pub gearing up for a run that’s going to leave you feeling like a Con Air escapee. We’re talking beer, liquor, and hashing like we’re trying to outrun a National Treasure sequel.
Our theme? Nicholas Cage, baby! Whether you’re a Face/Off fanatic or a Raising Arizona aficionado, dress the part and let your inner Cage out. It’s going to be a Run 60 Seconds or Less!
Now, about the stops along our way. We’ve got our Song Bird Stop (aka the beer stop), where we’ll practice our vocal skills. Who needs karaoke when you’ve got a group of slightly tipsy runners belting out hash songs!
And don’t forget the liquid courage. We’ll have more beer and liquor than you can shake a Declaration of Independence. Get ready to toast to our fearless leader, Nicholas Cage, and his… unique cinematic choices.
Remember, this isn’t a run; it’s a National Treasure Hunt. Stay hydrated, witty, and most importantly, weird—just like our pal Nicholas. Let’s show this city howl.
So lace up those sneakers, grab your Cage-inspired outfit, and join us for a howling good time at Howling Run No. 5. It’s going to be a Con Air of a night, filled with laughs, libations, and enough running puns to make even Nicholas Cage crack a smile.
After we conquer the streets in true Cage fashion, the party continues at Paddy’s for our epic recruitment night! Join us for the wildest afterparty on this side of Beijing. We’re talking about auctioning off our finest hashers and harriettes, unique paintings, and mystery boxes that’ll have you saying, “Leaving Las Vegas, who?”
But the pièce de résistance? Free-flowing beer and pizza for all. Because after a run like that, we deserve nothing but the best. So buckle up, keep your eyes on the Cage, and let’s make memories that’ll have us quoting Con Air ’til the cows come home. See you at Paddy’s—it’s gonna be a Nic-tastic night! 🍕🍻
