There are rumors swirling about that a hash in the near future will take us to the far western reaches of our fair city, so this week your hares decided to head to the east! Ride the very first Beijing subway line all the way to the “Shang 8 Li Cultural & Creative Park”, also known as Sihui East, where you will be met by at least eight Li of creative culture, guaranteed!**
We’re not sure what that actually means, but it doesn’t matter! We’ll run thru the iconic Beijing Cidi Memo iTown (北京西店记忆文创小镇), which was renovated from and old factory and is now used as office for the film and television industry. So don’t be surprised if you bump into a “famous” actress or singer (or maybe even a Poet!) along the way.
The weather is finally cooling down a bit and it should be a glorious day to drink some beers and run (or walk) around! The trail will not be as long as last week and the marking will (slightly) less sh!tty… So if you’ve already done the boxer on Saturday, this is the perfect recovery / hangover run!
