There comes a time in every hashers life when the trail you once loved becomes a cage and you begin to wonder, what else is out there in the vast wilds of this little planet we call home? What exists beyond the open checks and oh shits? What uncharted water(ing hole)s, and vast frontiers still exist to be witnessed — and more importantly — conquered?
This is EXACTLY what was going through the minds of two great explorers — Robert Scott and Roald Amundsen — in the year of 1912 when they set out on an expedition to be the first team to reach the geographic South Pole!
At this weeks special Sunday hash, runners and walkers will represent the teams of these two brave expeditioners: Team Terra Nova (walkers) and Team Fram (runners). Just like the fateful journey to the South Pole, each team will face challenges along the way to test their ability to outlast the Antarctic conditions, outsmart the tricky and uncharted environment, and most importantly bring glory to their nation and their patrons by reaching the South Pole first!

Dress Code and Haberdashery:
Please wear hash gear – if you haven’t got any, GET SOME. We can supply t-shirts, shorts, trackpants, beanies, hoodies, socks and various sundry items.
If you have received a hash mug as a run reward, bring it – that’s why you’ve got it. We don’t want to screw up the environment with plastic and cardboard cups.
