This month our Hares, the Dubious Brothers, bring you to scenic Huang Kan (Yellow Ridge) for a truly memorable spring Boxer Hash. Much of the trail will be along and through China’s Chestnut Groves. To Hashers, this means open trails without spring shiggy!
This Doobious pair will lead you past some ol’ Black Water. The early weather probs for both Accuweather & The Weather Network are calling for a sunny day with a high of 17.
The trail has a short cut option for walkers & slow runners.
Throughout the trail and with each pace, you’ll be One Step Closer to the end and the beer. After the trail, you’ll be Listenin’ to the Music. As we’ll have a selection of Doobious Brothers songs for everyone.
A perfect trail deserves a perfect bash – like the one the Hares have planned at a Yellow Ridge organic restaurant! The Hares have eaten there twice, both times impressed by the high quality of the food that was not drowned in oil or salt. For the carnivore Hashers, there will be a leg of lamb (guess which Hare won that argument?)
Although it is the year of the snake, there will be no snakes (unless a lawyer joins us for the run), no rabid guard dogs, no river crossings, no angry local farmers, no unicorns, no trespassing, no rain, no police … no guarantees. (haha What a Fool Believes – remember we’re the Hares, You Belong To Me)
Minute by Minute, you’ll enjoy this trail so much you’ll want to Take Me in Your Arms so bring your friends, relatives and strangers. Let everyone know by Takin’ It to the Streets.
