It is again the time of the year to f*$k off from the city summer heat and enjoy some nature together with your favourite debauchery fellas! There will be green! There will be swimming! There will be hammocks and trail, there will be BBQ! And of course, there will be shitty trails and rivers of beer!

TIME: Friday, July 14 at 6:00pm for Tianjin / 8:00pm for Beijing to Sunday, July 16 at 6:00pm (CST) *return time depending on traffic*
LOCATION: Bai He Yu J ia (白河鱼家) – Baili Shanshui Hualang, Yanqing district, Beijing (北京延庆百里山水画廊)
PRICE:
Adult – early bird until July 3 at CNY 450, from July 4 at CNY 500
Adult with tent – no discount from the laoban, see regular price
Child – under 1.20m CNY 225, from 1.20m to 1.50m CNY 275, above 1.50m full price (child rate does not include a separate bed)
NOTE 1: double rooms and triple bedrooms available. Double rooms come in 2 types: one large bed for 2 people or 2 single beds. Triple rooms come in 2 types: one with 3 single beds, or for the more adventurous, one large kang bed for 3 people to share. It is worth noting that only the triple rooms with 3 beds have western toilets, other room options have squat toilets. (All facilities very nice.) If you wish to have a room for yourself you will need to pay for a minimum of two to three beds depending on availability. 1 single bed only is CNY 50/night.
The facility has amazing yurts! People paying for double rooms will be randomly selected to sleep in them.
Please note, there are fewer 2-person rooms than there are 3-person rooms. (Very hash-like.) If you are hoping for a romantic getaway, register as soon as possible to ensure your privacy, if that’s your thing.
NOTE 2: Chinese breakfast is available at an additional charge of CNY 10 per day. If you wish to reserve Chinese breakfast please inform TRH/RS as you pay. Other breakfast food like bread, spreads, fruit, coffee, and tea will be provided by the Hash.
Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel by July 4 you will receive full refund, any cancellation from July 5 will be charged CNY 400 for adults and CNY 200 for children (no exceptions). But then again, why would you even think of cancelling this wonderful trip??

Option 1: Into the Wild
Bring your tent and camp by the creek near the guesthouse. Swing on a hammock, experience the great outdoors…Note, only a few spots available!
Option 2: Netflix and Chill
Rooms with one double or triple bed, ideal for snuggles or families
NOTE: if you wish to have a room for two in a 3-person room, you will need to pay for the extra bed. 1 single bed only is CNY 50/night.
Option 3: Give me an O!!!
Rooms with 3 single beds to get the party and pillow fights started!
Note, these beds will be allocated first come, first served. If all single beds fill up, peeps that choose this option might end up sharing a double/triple bed…so cozy!

NOTE: Dinner is not provided on Friday, make sure to fill your bellies before we leave!

If the bus schedule does not work with your individual schedule (or if you miss the bus), take heart! There is a public bus that goes directly to the site. (Y27 or Y38, RMB25, and 5 hours). Or you can share a Didi with some other unfortunate soul (2 hours, only RMB 427).
