Made to mimic the routine a bike messenger might face in a typical delivery day, alleycats send riders around a city to a series of checkpoint stops.

Traffic, stoplights, potholes, pedestrians, and car exhaust are a part of the experience.

This is an adults only Bike Hash so I shouldn’t need to tell you how to dress for the weather on the day. The temperature looks like it’ll be touching the 30 mark so I would suggest shorts at least. A spot of rain would be refreshing.

As much as I encourage people to try out their navigating skills and go for the alleycat race, there is a plethora of good company riding at a chill pace with the group ride. Nobody is left behind.

Like last time I can cross off a few “out of the way” checkpoints so you get most the alleycat fun without having an aching crotch the next day from the saddle… hopefully something else causes that.

The group ride and alleycat will finish at the same point where food and drink will be available. We’ll do a circle there and go with the flow for an optional group ride comradery to another drink spot.
