Please note – This run has a smog contingency plan:
If AQI is > 300 on Sunday at 9am (link here to an AQI website), meet at Paddy’s at 13:30 for a 14:00 trail- with pick-up style hares (like Beijing HHH Full Moon does).  The trail will be reserved for another day.
A pick-up style hash means the hares will be randomly selected.  If a hare is snared, there is no harm, no foul.  The overtaking hound merely becomes the next hare.  A short run in the unbreathable air will be followed with our usual type of shenanigans.
We are still working on this new system for days like this one might be…

Otherwise, if the air is clear-ish your hares are off, and the new year continues with more new turf!
Well, it’s a new trail as far as the hares know, and will probably be new again in another year or two.
Your shiggy loving hares have found all that hashers hold near and dear:  blue skies, sunshine, virign forest, quaint villages, mountains, dirt, shit, trash, rubble and destruction and strange marks rarely used in a BJHHH trail.
Hares:

Comes On Vacation (COV), Kiss My Maple Leaf (KMML)

Type:
A to A
When:
Sunday 17th Febuary

Time:
Meet at 13:30, run starts at 14:00

Hash Cash:
20 RMB run and circle / 60 RMB run, circle and dinner

Bring:
Warm clothes for the circle, probably some breathing apparatus
Where:
Meeting point is North gate, Chaoyang Park.

Restaurant:
For the latecomers – The restaurant is opposite the north west corner of the park.
Across from the new Liangmaqiao antique market at corner of Liangmaqiao Lu and Anjialoucun Lu (see photo below).
This is about 1/2 mile from Liangmaqiao Subway exit B.  Or take the 413 bus from Paddy’s and is just east of the bus stops for the 418, 419, 682, 677, 688, 955 and 985 bus lines… maybe more.   Or there’s always taxi…
