Beijing Full Moon H3 #218 The Business Hashual Run
The holidays have come and gone and we find ourselves begrudgingly making our way back to our corporate muggle jobs. The office desk you gleefully bid adieu to just a week and a half ago looms near once again. The Chinese New Year holidays feel like they just flew past…
Alas! Fear not! Your trusty Full Moon Hash Misman team have combined our collective three brain cells and come up with the perfect workweek antidote – a special Full Moon after-work hashsocial!
After-work drinks with mates are a European institution and will surely cure your back-to-work blues! To fully ensure that our back-to-work blues are completely cured, we’ll have after-work drinks at Plan B in Shuangjing to start, after-after-work drinks during the hash trail through the CBD, and after-after-after-work drinks at Beersmith for the on-after.
The hash trail will take you along the scenic Tonghui River, through the bustling CBD area, and finishing under the moonlit gaze of the CCTV tower (a.k.a. big pants building). Embrace your inner corporate lupine werewolf and traverse Guomao on all fours in a full suit!
So let’s run it up the flagpole, align operational workflows, and touch base on value-added deliverables (whatever that means…)
Hashrumour has it, there may even exist a secret, exclusive Full Moon to Office patch for those brave (read: stupid) enough to go from the Full Moon Hash straight to the office for a full workday the next day without returning home and sleeping.
The February Full Moon is known as the Snow Moon as snow more commonly falls during this month than any other in the winter. Unfortunately, there is currently no snow in Beijing and we have a strict no Snow Beer policy. There will be plenty of other actually drinkable beers to enjoy instead!
